What are we talking about?

ℹ️ - The subconscious mind is a vast and powerful aspect of our cognition that operates below the surface of conscious awareness. It serves as a repository for memories, emotions, beliefs, and habits. It is quietly influencing our thoughts, decisions, and actions, often guiding us in ways we might not fully comprehend.

💪 - By understanding and harnessing the power of the subconscious, we can unlock hidden potential, overcome limiting beliefs, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Various practices, such as visualization, affirmations, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness, allow us to tap into the subconscious mind's depths, facilitating personal growth and positive change.

Not-so-random facts

Skill Encoding

Deeper dive into the skill, with actionable learning materials.

The subconscious mind, despite operating below our awareness, can actually be reprogrammed. You can reprogram your subconscious mind and tap into its true power, allowing you to achieve your desired success. Here are 3 pillars of such practice:

STEP 1: DECIDE - Gain absolute clarity on what you want. Create a detailed vision of your desired outcome, which forms a subconscious mind map and empowers your brain to turn that vision into reality. Focus on what you want physically, financially, emotionally, and spiritually, both in your business and personal life.

STEP 2: COMMIT - Rid your mind of fear and self-doubt by fully committing to your goals. Face fear head-on and take action despite it. Embrace failure as a learning experience and use it to grow stronger. Break through negative thoughts and build mental strength like you would build muscle at the gym.

STEP 3: RESOLVE - Be flexible and open to alternative routes as you progress toward your goals. Assess what is working and what isn't, and be willing to change your approach when needed. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and use frustration and failure as stepping stones toward success.

The subconscious mind plays a crucial role in regulating both our physical and mental selves. It actually tends to reinforce existing beliefs and thought patterns.
However, as the previous section already explains, we can retrain our subconscious mind to be more supportive and beneficial to our goals and desires.

Here are 13 lower-level tips you can start applying to achieve this:

  1. Be open to change: Instead of immediately dismissing the possibility of change, be willing to explore new possibilities and opportunities.

  2. Give yourself permission to succeed: Overcome feelings of guilt or unworthiness by allowing yourself to be happy and successful.

  3. Ignore other people's fears: Don't let others' doubts and fears influence your decisions and aspirations.

  4. Surround yourself with positivity: Surround yourself with positive influences and eliminate negative ones from your life.

  5. Speak success into existence: Frame your goals and desires in the present tense, believing that you can achieve them right now.

  6. Create a clear vision: Develop a clear image of what you want to achieve and how you want to live your life.

  7. Identify and address resistance: Understand and address conflicting beliefs that may be holding you back from pursuing your dreams.

  8. Have a master plan: Identify your core values and long-term goals to guide your decisions and actions.

  9. Practice gratitude: Keep a gratitude journal to shift your mindset from wanting to appreciate what you already have.

  10. Ask for what you want: Be bold and ask for what you desire, even if there's a chance of rejection.

  11. Release attachment to the "how": Stay open to different possibilities and paths to achieve your goals.

  12. Surround yourself with supportive allies: Spend time with ambitious and supportive people who uplift and inspire you.

  13. Fill your time with motivation and affirmation: Listen to motivational content during idle moments to reinforce positive thinking and actions.
